Back on track I go. Vacation for 2 weeks, went to Ohio and HAD to eat certain foods I will probably never get here in Louisiana. Actually came back after a week, still weighing the same. Still had not really gotten back in the grove, and then yesterday had one too many bagels. So today's weight might be reflective of the carb overload yesterday. I am fine with it, but need to bump up my efforts. :) Happy Day to all!
