This weekend cost me 1.40 kg gain (: had my niece's 21st birthday and ate everything that was not good.. And it was not even worth it.
106.0 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know the feeling. I ate all weekend too and undid all the hard work I did last week. Sigh. Take a deep breath and start again. Good luck! :)
