I LOVE FAST 5!!!! I knew I was going to see 149 this week. I need to stop obsessing over the calories & etc.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

It's difficult especially since I've been counting everything for so long. One would think after doing this for about a year it would be easy, but I took a break around the holidays to train for a half marathon and it took me 4 ever to get back on track. I gained 12lbs back from the 20 I initially lost. However, I'm finding the weight is dropping off again.

I counted for two years and about a year ago stopped counting and started the intermittent fasting. Just before the holidays I was 175 pounds and now am 180ish which isn't too bad considering the muscle mass I have. I shall enjoy watching your progress as you go down and enjoy your eating window I know I am! :D
