Today was day 4 on Atkins. So far so good no cravings and feeling pretty good. I have been following phase 1 to a "t" and so cravings yet. I drink at least 4 16.9 oz. bottles of water daily and have a diet soda with dinner and 1 cup of tea with an akins snack bar before bed. Keeps me happy so far!
