had to be morning weight!!!!!! :( not as good as I thought still 190lbs FAT! LOl
86.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep at it everyday...I promise it sometimes just comes off lbs at a time and other times the scale wont budge for weeks...just keep eating well and stay motivated.
