Doh! How does someone forget to have breakfast? Seriously. I didn’t even realize it until 11:30. Have no idea how that happened.
On to better news.
New exercise program - Week 1 Day 2:
C25K Went well. Felt a little winded during the final running sessions. But I’m still trying to figure out a good pace. Been trying to maintain a walking pace of 3.7 to 3.8 and a running pace of 4.7 to 5.0. Afterwards I noticed that I felt very energetic and wound up (in a good way). I wonder if this is typical or just a reaction to the sense of accomplishment for actually doing it.
Resistance Training (Workoutbox) Completed everything but did struggle with balance on the side plank leg lifts. And I HATE BURPEE PUSHUPS!!! I will really know I have achieved something when that statement is not entirely true.
Eating habits are good. I’m looking forward to trying some of the recipes here.
