Hope I can keep loosing, I feel better just in the past week. It's a good thing I don't mind "rabbit food" (such as salads) I think that's what's helping me a lot. Tonight I thought I overdid it with eating sausage Ravioli, I had 6 Ravioli, with some spaghetti meat sauce, I was tempted with a chocolate chip cookie for dessert but passed it up. :0) I chew gum a lot at work to rid myself of food cravings. I also took a walk tonight and jogged a little bit at the high school track. Time and conscious effort.... in mind....
