Well I just returned home after a week with my children and I'm so glad to be home so I can get back on track. I have really screwed up this week ...I didnt even keep up with journaling my food. I;m so tired and have had a long week. Time to get back to the program. I still managed to drop 2 pounds i dont know how but im thankful for that. Have a nice week everyone.

The first 6 weeks were such a breeze for me and Im not sure what is wrong with me...I just seem to be having problems sticking with this program. I think maybe a have a touch of epression but im not going to give up im in this for life ....

I bet you actually ate better than you think you did. You've been on Atkins for awhile and that stuff just get programed into your. So get back on the horse and you will be on your way again. Have a great FatSecret evening and enjoy the journey.
