I have officially gained the most weight to the point I HAVE to do something about it. Yesterday and today my lower back hurt so bad I can't stand to stand because it hurts so bad. I will shuffle my weight from side to side and it doesn't help. Last night I ate 4 giant snickers cookies dipped in almond milk at like 3 in the morning and I passed out from probably a carb coma. Feb 1st it is. It's also the Chinese New Year today. My stomach aches, my neck and back hurt, I want to go to sleep. I asked my husband not to bring chocolate candy or cookies into the house anymore because I am not strong enough to resist them yet. Just like in AA - One day at a time.
