I completed a five day fat fast. I'm so excited for a real meal tomorrow. I've lost 3.2 lbs on this FF. I expect to regain close to 2 lbs but I've left the teens officially and will more than likely settle on 210. Today I'm 207.4 lbs. One-derland is in sight.. I'm thrilled. I don't know what to do to reward myself for reaching my first big goal. Small victories are my wedding ring fits, my necklace fits not snugly. I've been doing keto now since August 15, 2013.. 14 months. Official losses 42 lbs :)
