Well I panicked on Monday for no reasons it seem. When I weighed myself last monday I was 149 and then when I weighed myself this Monday I was 150. Could be muscle building, water retention...who knows. Well I jumped on the scale this morning and I am now 147. I am not updating my weight on here yet just in case...
I am really enjoying running. I went by myself for the first time last night. Jogged 4.5km in 39 mins. I was disappointed that I couldn't get to the stop sign without stopping but I only stopped for a drink of water and then right back at it. I did stop probably 6 times the whole jog...not great but my time wasn't too bad considering. I am looking forward to my jog tomorrow with Nicole and Tara. I will do better just having them run with me.
Chad mentioned that he might want to come running with me sometime, maybe mondays after dance. We will have to get someone to watch the kids but it is doable. I am glad he is showing an interest in it though. :)
