Just changed my goal weight to 135, since I saw my "so called" Happy Weight is 136. We shall see! Shoot I was even happy in the 140's!!!!


My scale was up a pound today, boooooooo... I'm going to ignore it and not weigh in on here until Friday. I just know its something stupid and it will go away.


Okay, so I bought some boca burgers and some morning star stuff, even found some weight watchers cream cheese for my english muffins. My freezer is now totaly re-amped with lower fat foods.

yeah, us being women things like that happen all the time. If you record it and lose more by Friday...it will be a bigger drop. You could also look at it that way. Truth is, we are going to fluctuate within 5 pounds for the rest of our life. Nothing will ever be consistent. Best wishes for Friday !

Very true! :-) Just took a shower and ate my breakfast now I feel like doing something fun. Which will just end up to be getting more salad at the store, lol. Waiting for payday around here, blows.
