Wow! Finally some movement in the scales!
I have been dreading getting on the scale for the last 3 days, just praying that I lost at least a pound on this detox. 4 lbs! So excited! Also lost 2" around my belly.
Guess I will keep doing this detox healthy eating for the next 3 weeks!
Yay Me!
81.7 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
