Restaurant eating is clearly the next hurdle in my way. It's one thing to go to a chain restaurant like Applebee's or Shoney's and order a meal (and be sure to substitute nothing, eat all of it, and don't add to it) and then look up the total nutrition value. That's child's play. But... What do you do at the Mexican buffet?
Apparently, if you're me, you eat a ton of unsauced ribs and then realize how much fat you've just ingested, and mentally congratulate yourself on restricting your remaining food for the day to an apple and a slice of cantaloupe.
