Two days of less restricted eating and I show a 2 lb gain. I know I need to add regular exercise in and am feeling resistant to that idea. Still I do know the difference even 2 pounds makes me feel in my clothes. I really enjoyed the 2 pieces of pie I ate yesterday. I had a piece of key lime pie and a piece of no sugar added razzleberry pie. It seems a shame that those wonderful flavors don't stay on taste buds any longer than they do. Thanks to some FS posts, I have found desert gum. I really like the one that tastes like chocolate mint ice cream. It's flavor does last. J

Thank you for this journal! There is cheesecake in the fridge (my favorite sweet) and I have been tempted all day. But your sentence "it seems a shame that those wonderful flavors don/t stay on taste buds any longer then they do' reminded me how much work it has taken me to lose the weight. Im not gonna blow it for temporary satisfaction. Thank you!

Dannon makes a fat free Greek yogurt with some serious dessert flavors like caramel apple pie, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry chocolate. They are only 80 calories and help my dessert cravings a lot. I also eat sugar free chocolate pudding.
