I’ve had quite a bit of trouble with my weight fluctuating these past 10 days, which almost broke my confidence in my diet, but from research, I found that my body could just be recomposing itself and shifting weight from fat to muscle. Now that I’ve finally lost some weight, I came back to weigh in!
107.2 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
