Tipsnya mnrt aku yg paling impact, workout 5x/week at least 1jam and deficit kal 1200 kal aja.. deficitnya asupan makanan diperhatiin ya bener2 hi protein, low carbo and bnyakin sayur.. kadang cheat seminggu sekali makan padang or gorengan tapi paling ga pas cheating kal tetep 1500an.. nnti lama2 klo kebanyakan mkan yg ga sehat badan nolak sndri klo udah biasa makan sehat sih.. yg pasti badan lebih sehat and kulit lbh glowing..
