Well after eating my breakfast I suddenly felt nauseous and discomfort in my stomach. Then suddenly I'm in a bathroom a few times. I do have IBS but usually when my IBS acts up I'm constipated. I have been drinking 20 minutes before each meal which is three times cranberry juice with apple cider and lemon juice mixed together. I have been doing this for six days. So I'm wondering if my IBS is reacting to this. I did read today if I feel nauseous, diarrhea, constipated, bloating to stop drinking. So I think I will stop drinking this juice and see what happens. I got dehydrated after in the bathroom five times and that was scary. So I drank some water with a squeeze of Mio. I laid down on the couch and watch some TV but fell asleep. When I woke up I had a little headache and felt a little hungry. So I ate some homemade soup my husband made last weekend and I had froze some. I'm still feeling a little discomfort in stomach. I'm hoping tomorrow is a better day.
