My back has spasms from shoveling snow…I’ve been trying to get under 200 lbs for years!! So this pain is a wake up call … I’ll see if adding to this journal can finally get me serious. My only exercise these days is golf (in a cart.. lol). There are some great success stories here. Hope i can add one.
