In few days I should see on that scale what I'm waiting for such a long time.64 kg. Soon. I missed up a yoga session today and on top of that I had a forbidden snack.(less than 100 grams but still). Tomorrow I will be more serious.
I'm also overly excited as soon I'm moving to another country for several months and I have big plans like 7km run every morning and yoga on the beach and other activities. I hope living next to the seaside will help with weight loss more than it does a crowded city.
I've found out recently a cool dish that helps digestion and is also very filling and that makes diet more easy. The only problem it's 300-400 cal/serving but I'm trying not to overeat.
When I was slim I had a black velvet dress. Today I was fantasizing how it would be to fit into that dress again, wear high heels, have nice fit legs and a slim figure like I had several years before. That gives me strength to go on. Nice dreams, at least for me.
