Have any of you tried other approaches to weight or fat loss such as acupuncture, medication, fat freezing?

I read that Linda Evangelists tried fat freezing and had some sort of bad reaction which she says has affected her body shape. Very rare though. Seems to be used a lot and is reputed to be successful.
