It's really good and I don't like yogurt unless it's greek. My other smoothie recipe was good but I felt like it was missing something and to much water. Sure it was lower calories then this one but this one has more healthy fats and I feel full.

The only problem is my blender which I had for 17 years and only used maybe 4 times doesn't chop the frozen berries thar well. I think I will try to find one that's better.

Have you tried overnight oats ? Just use berries ,yogurt ,any sweetner you like and dry oatmeal to the consistency you like mix and leave till morning.No worries about buying a new blender

No worries I find this ,way more filling then a smoothie and simpler since there's no dishes or blender to clean YAY
