Need to find food that sticks with me longer. Ugh. I'm use to eating all day long and grabbing everything that is a chip or chocolate. I have a serious sweet tooth. Wondering if I should go to a few meetings just for a bit of knowledge. After doing Atkins so much this slow weight loss will be hard to overcome!

You lost a pound in 2 days, that is pretty darn good. I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month. You can also eat out, go to parties and enjoy your life while you lose weight. You are doing great.
