I went back through my journal posts, and I wish I posted more. So much has happened. Two shoulder surgeries, I back surgery, and since 2013, my wife and I have had four more children. I have been through four jobs eventually starting my own business and loving it with a huge plus of being free to spend time with my huge family.
It’s easy to see now the huge stress load I am under. Taking my health seriously, I have been going to the doc again, making sure the heart is good and I am very proud of myself. I have alway failed at discipline especially in my diet. Yes, starting, great! Usually, however, I trail off.
In 2010 I came so close to a goal. I got real bad news and drifted. Five years and fifty pounds later, I was angry. With myself.
The best thing about this app is the motivation and accountability I get. Garbage in, garbage out. I have been disciplined for over thre months and I am so encouraged by it.
