Going back to the gym tomorrow for the 1st time since my car accident in early Dec.

Thank you, Diana! Definitely going to be taking it slow. We’re starting back at basics today. My friend and coworker is going with me and we decided to just start on the treadmill and then we’ll slowly move back to weights from there ♥️

Just take your time. I completely understand what it's like after an accident. Just go slow and listen to your body. Small steps are making a big difference for me. Good luck!!
