Sodium spike 😁😁😁 I always eat my sweet potato with Kimchi since 2017 when I saw Kim Soo-mi ssaem ate it that way on Jibsabu. The warm soft sweetness from the sweet potato combined with the cold savory tartness of the cabbage kimchi - it’s just heavenly.
