Well last night was not a good night for me, I benged ate- money came up missing at work (ok I went in early today hoping that it was my mistake- of course it was <Thank you Lord>) I could not sleep, and ate whatever I could find in the house-- not like before, but I did eat- went over my rdi- big time- I did not record what I ate- but I bet it was over 2100 (1800 is my goal.)What really messed me up, was that I did not have any salad in the house- sigh! Yeah I would have eaten the entire Family size bag of salad, that was how upset I was. I finally was able to get to sleep around 4am-- then I got up about 7:50- got ready to get into work, to figure out what happened..so lack of sleep, and ate too much- my weight increased once again this morning to over 291.. Not discouraged though due to what I mentioned above..
