Almost 30 minutes of HIIT +Yoga+Floor routine yesterday. Today very very sore.Barely can move. Started my day with a coffee and a soup. Checked the jeans and the measurements are still decreasing.(that's good). What I didn't do yet: proper running, swimming and weight lifting.Watching motivational videos to set my mind for not giving up.
"I won't give up." is my motto these days.
