Still there. It's been almost 3 weeks since no weight loss. Ate bananas, milk, rice and Mexican vegetable dish. Cutting down on salt, drinking water and ginger tea, taking long walks, exercising. Still nothing.
Registered the food.It's clear why I'm on plateau. My calorie intake is very low.600-700 calories/day is not OK and damages muscles. I will add 1 egg to all these, it will help wit the protein intake and speed a bit the metabolism.
