Since my last post back in June I have been through a whirlwind of events. I lost my father in law in July, there was a horrible family fall out. My husband inherited Dad's house which was in total shambles, we have since been remodeling this home and have moved in. I have taken a lot of time off of work(2 months) and now back to work and trying to catch back up on the bills. But mostly in need of trying to get my body and mind squared back away. I have gained an additional 5 pounds also. Blah! Time to start counting those kcals again and keeping my journal.
