Gonna skip my coffee today since I mostly just like the creamer and that is just way too many points for me.

Hoping for a Good Day!!

Okay, just had my lunch snack and strawberries and bananas with a sprinkle of splenda is sooooo refreshing.

Just picked up a Weight Watchers Magazine at the store. Gonna ruffle through it see if I can find anything good since I'm doing this all on my own.

have you ever tried the sugar free/fat free creamers? not as satisfying, but they help you over the hump... they even have them powdered too which sounds nasty, but really not too bad. good luck!
