I think I am retaining some fluid and I snacked too much yesterday, but good pain level day today. I got my labs back & if you don't believe in miracles, I sure do! In the last year I have gone from kidney failure to normal gfr levels! God is good!🙏❤ Lupus labs are way high and I am officially postmenopausal which I will deal with, but I am taking a win today! #faith #Godisgood
