Decided to break the plateau, and get lower than 65 kg. I am exercising daily but maybe not the right amount.
The problem is there with food. I'm not eating too little but either too much and there are slip ups. If I'm not eating properly I get dizzy, but if I'm eating then I'm on plateau.
I wish to insert some low calorie nutritious food:cabbage, spinach, lettuce apart from what I'm already eating. I also need to put my digestion back on track because it has slowed down(tea, soup, milk, yogurt, apricots).
Also at this point some blood test would show if things are right or wrong. Starting with the basics:recording calories, planning meals, checking portions.
As for exercise need variation. Yoga alone is not enough.
