Attempting to do Weight Watchers on my own. I have done mostly low carb with great success, but lately it just doesn't seem to be enough variety for me. And when I reach my goal weight I end up going willy nilly on food that I couldn't eat. With WW I'm hoping to learn portions and to stop binge eating when I'm bored.
