Yesterday was a good day I think, I’m trying to get back on track to lose weight but it’s been so hard. I’ve been doing more exercise but I’m still having trouble with food, but yesterday I only over ate 170 calories so that’s okay. Last semester I was able to loose 6kg and I gained about 2kg in Christmas, so I’ve been kinda down.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know but I still get a bit depressed that I have to overthink what I eat every day every hour, because if I eat without thinking I gain a lot of weight
