Lagi Sedih, Syaraf Leher ada yg cidera, efek kecelakaan dlu & makin jd krn 4 bulan ini lg rutin latihan beban.. gak boleh latihan beban dlu katanya smpe bener² pulih 😭 , aq jd bingung mau workout apa.. Yaudhlah nasi padang dlu biar gak sedih² bgt..
