Back at it for the new year! 2021 started out great with a continued weight loss of 27 pounds (had started back in May of 2020). BUT! I had a medical event that resulted in surgery and was derailed for a bit. Post surgery I put back on half of that weight. But the GREAT news is that I am healthy now, and the surgery fixed my extreme anemia issues. It's actually a super good feeling to not be exhausted all the time, and I am even contemplating exercise now. Here's to a great 2022 for everyone...JLO.
