Meh. Needing to get a grip. I had a grip and then I let go.
Have had few sessions in the gym or pool (bad toe with a cut on it, so I'm not sure that I should be Water-bound. BUT It's water aerobics tonight and I've got a new pair of rubber slipper sock things, SO I might just go anyway.)

100.6 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
