Bahannya ini ya yg aku pake..
- Cream cheese 50 gr softened, campur stevia 1 sachet
- chia pudding (chia seed direndem susu fiber creme + 1 sachet stevia semalaman)
- strawberry
Selamat mencoba :)
Note: aku lg keto diet ya, jadi ini high fat dari cream cheese, kalo ga mau high fat tinggal ganti cream cheese jadi yogurt aja

@suciamalia aku tb 165cm bb skrg 52kg-an.. aku sempet diet high protein sekitar 2 bulanan, trus keto 2 mingguan, skrg udh ngga diet, cuma aku tetep usaha ngurangin carbo (jarang makan nasi, tepung terigu or gula²an) 😉
