Been eating VERY poorly - not monitoring. Now have GERD and can't breathe properly. All stress induced I am sure, but I need to exercise and my friggin toe is broken! Tried running after two weeks and it just got bruised. Got up early this morning and did the elliptical...need to get back on track. Have a wedding to go to in two weeks and want to get a nice dress. Looking a bit flabby to be honest. :(
