I changed the account settings for me journal. I read in someone's post that these are available on google and sure enough, they were. I am not sure I want to share all of this with the world but I would like to remain somewhat anonymous and since I used my first name, I sort of goofed up. I guess I am a little bit naive to the ways of the world here.

At any rate, my buddies can view it so that's all that matters. I am getting a little bit frustrated with the slow loss here the past ten days. I have been foloowing so carefully. Maybe I am missing something? I don't list my water every day, but I've gotten that in so I just can't figure it out. I've even added exercising to my routine and that hasn't happened in years. I'm not planning to continue losing 14 pounds in 2 weeks like I did when I started Induction but is 2 pounds too much to ask for? That darn period was where I started to lose ground. I'm not giving up. Just whining for a minute.

I am also rather proud of myself that I've given up the potatoes and bread for Lent and really stuck with it. I really wasn't sure when I started that I would be able to succeed with that plan but I feel like I already have that beat.

Please, if any of my buddies see something I am missing on my menus, feel free to point it out. I would appreciate help.
