Hello, Happy New Year and Happy Sunday FS!
Jumped on the scale three times and it was not good news. But, then, I knew it was going to be bad. At least I didn’t go over my original goal! It could have been worse I guess... I know how fast I can gain. So, I had my mindless eating adventure, paying for it, and now I have to do something about it! Back on program today. To lose what I put on and work on getting to my goal. Hoping the new poundage comes off quick!
