Started dating my husband exactly 19 years ago today. He weighs the same and I weigh 25kg (55lb) more that I did then! Feel so low. Need to get out of this vicious cycle of feeling down and weight gain.
Was positive today. Worked out at the gym and had a low-cal/nutritious breakfast and lunch. Need to do this consistently and get back in shape as, apart from health benefit, would like to wear a fabulous outfit to (finger crossed) celebrate 20 years together next year!
