Having worked so hard to control type 2 diabetes and blood sugars along with greatly increasing at home exercising and outdoor walking and facing other stressful and anxious periods in the last two months I was determined to enjoy Xmas with a little over indulgence in both alcohol and calorie laden christmas foods, start again next week, I have done it before and will do it again.
