Woke at 233.7, up 1.4 from yesterday as the holiday continues. We have a large dinner out tomorrow night for Jason's birthday and then I'll be starting back. Six days ago I weighed 220.9! So six days of treats and sweets here and there added 12.8 pounds. So fascinating. I'll get it back off in January.

Thank you, TX. I hope to get it off before that! Going to try to go lower calories during the weekdays to give myself a little leeway on weekends.

6 days?? Wow. It take forever to lose weight but days to gain pounds!! Incredible. Ugh We all need a break from our normal diet every once in a while.

Its crazy, Angela. I keep waiting to see if it will level off but it has not.
