I did snack on some days, BUT, the main thing with me is just workout, I did workout or ride everyday! It worked I am going to stick to eating right this week, with out the mini down falls.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
