No more muscle soreness. I did 1 full week of hatha yoga, this week i'm trying some vinyasa. I lost 1 pound last week... cool. Good news is i don't have that much backpain as i used to and it gets better day after day. also less headache (i have regular migraine every 2 days, but last week i had only 1 tiny headache that lasted less than 20 minutes.
also what is nice this time is i fit into clothes i used to fit wen i was 7 kg lighter. I'm also more peaceful and probably more kind to people around.(or at least i tried to)
looking forward to great things to come. Ah and smth bit weird. better results in zener tests...like almost double my previous score.
