Scunnered is a good scottish word and it applies to how I'm feeling about my attitude to losing weight.
There is a bit of an Eyesight scare, in that I've to be referred to an eye clinic but my own optician is quite positive about the whole thing.
I suck at this dieting thing but need to get a grip.
