I was extra careful this past week in anticipation of going on vacation this week. My strategy is to still focus on balanced meals and activity but more at the maintenance level than weight loss level. I think I'll be fine passing on most desserts but what will get me is bread service. Fresh baked sour dough is the best which I plan to eat but will skip french fries.

Thank you 2021 for giving me the opportunity to finally establish better habbits. This weight loss journey is only the beginning as maintenance is exponentially harder than the inital loss which is why it is so important to me to eat healthy (not just less) and be active.

Remianing: 44 lbs
