Okay...I've managed to maintain 1500 calories a day but my fat content has been too high the last couple of days. I've had a kind of hectic schedule and we have my husband's heart surgery coming up so I've been a little stressed. Once this week is over I'm gonna try to reduce the amount of red meat we're eating and incorporate more chicken and fish into our meals. My blood sugar is still coming down pretty good...it was 91 this morning. That's the first time I've had a reading under 100 in the morning since I was in the hospital last year:-). Working out on the Wii Fit 3-4 days a week. Just 20-30 minutes. But it's also getting warm outside so I've been working around the house and yard. According to the scales, my weight loss is right on par with the records on here so yay! I know that having this diet journal has helped me tremendously. I've never been this aware of exactly what I eat and how much of it. Hope this new awareness helps me to finally get back down to my high school weight.
